Feel Like Yourself All Day
More About You
You've probably already been told your labs are "normal."
You don't need another quick fix, or another visit that ends with more questions than answers.
You need someone who's actually going to look past the labs, past the surface symptoms, and figure out what's going on in your body.
That's what this work is.
Whatever you're dealing with- hormones out of whack, skin that won't behave, energy that's gone missing, or symptoms nobody's been able to pin down- we start by getting curious and finding the actual root cause. Not managing it. Finding it.
So you can feel clear-headed, energized, and
fully at home in your own body again.
Not getting by.
Actually living there.
More About Us
At Rozen Health, you won't get lost in a system or shuffled between providers.
You'll work with the same small, dedicated team from day one-
people who know your name, your story, and why you're here.

Dr. Kaylie Rozen, ND
Dr. Kaylie Rozen is a naturopathic doctor and founder of Rozen Health in Bozeman, Montana, specializing in hormone health, skin conditions, and gut health for patients who've been told their labs are "normal" but know something is still wrong.
What sets her approach apart is a core belief: emotional and physical health can't be separated. Hormone imbalance, skin flare-ups, gut dysfunction, Dr. Rozen treats the nervous system and a patient's psycho-emotional history as directly relevant to all of it, not an afterthought. That's what makes root-cause work possible instead of another round of symptom management.
When you work with her, you don't just get a new supplement protocol, you leave understanding, often for the first time, why your body has been doing what it's doing, and with a plan that actually addresses it.
Her path here started long before medical school. She earned her undergraduate degree in psychology and philosophy, graduating with honors in psychology and membership in Psi Chi, the international psychology honor society. Before naturopathic training, she worked with adolescents and young adults in a wilderness therapy program built on the same principles that now define her practice: real food, time outdoors, physical movement, and the understanding that healing happens on every level at once.
Dr. Rozen graduated at the top of her class from the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine, where she also served as vice president and later president of both the Vis Club and the Bowen Club.
She's one of a small number of doctors in the country trained in Recall Healing (Levels I, II, and III), training centered on the idea that physical symptoms are often the body's response to unresolved emotional experience, with advanced coursework applying that framework to hormone imbalance, weight, and autoimmune conditions.
She's also a continuing education attendee of the Institute for Women's Health & Integrative Medicine, including their annual Menopause Bootcamp, and has trained directly with physicians across the US, Canada, and Europe on hormone health and integrative women's medicine.

Heather Charles
Meet Heather, the first friendly voice you'll hear from at Rozen Health.
Heather is our clinic administrator here at Rozen Health, and honestly, she's the reason things run as smoothly as they do. Scheduling, lab coordination, questions that come up between visits: if you need something and it's not a clinical question for Dr. Kaylie, Heather's your person, and she'll take care of it.
She's organized, she's quick, and she genuinely cares about making your experience here feel easy, not like just another medical office you have to fight your way through. If you're waiting on lab results, trying to get on the schedule, or just need to know what's next, Heather's got you.
Heather came to the wellness field because she loves supporting practitioners. She found she genuinely enjoyed helping their days run smoothly so they could focus fully on patient care, and she's felt drawn to this work ever since. At Rozen Health, that means handling the behind-the-scenes admin so Dr. Kaylie can spend her time where it matters most: with patients.
Outside of work, Heather's usually outdoors, spending time with her husband, two dogs, and two cats. Riding horses is her biggest passion, and she says experiencing the world from horseback is truly a gift.
Between visits, she's the steady hand keeping everything connected, so you can focus on your health and let her handle the rest.
